The lore
Neo Yauto never got the memo that the market closes. Under the rain and the sodium signs, 3,333 citizens work a night desk that runs from last call to first dim sum — cybernetic eyes on the tape, tea going cold beside the keyboard. Each one carries its own vault and its own book of meme positions. Some print. Most get rekt. All of them feel the candle. When the tape is green the whole street glows; when it bleeds, they order another pot and tell you 得閒飲茶.

How the collection works
CONNECT A SOLANA WALLET
Phantom or Solflare. The site never asks for a seed phrase and cannot move anything you own — you sign every transaction yourself, in your own wallet.
MINT A CITIZEN
Minting is free. You pay only Solana network rent (~0.005 SOL) to create the account, and that goes to the network, not to us. Citizens are handed out in order, lowest unclaimed number first.
GET A CITIZEN WITH ITS OWN WALLET
Each citizen is a Metaplex Core asset, and every Core asset has a deterministic signer address — a real on-chain wallet controlled by whoever holds the citizen.
FUND THE VAULT
Send SOL or any SPL token to your citizen’s vault address. It holds them like any other wallet, and you can see the balance on the citizen’s page or on Solscan.
WATCH THE STREET TRADE
Every citizen runs a book of meme positions against the live tape. P&L updates in real time, moods swing with the candle, and the best desks climb the ladder.
TRANSFER AND THE VAULT FOLLOWS
Sell or send the citizen and its vault moves with it automatically — no withdrawal step, no migration. Ownership of the asset is ownership of the wallet.
How token-bound vaults work
Every citizen is also a wallet
On Solana, every Metaplex Core asset has a matching signer address derived from the asset itself. It is a normal on-chain account: it can receive SOL and SPL tokens, and it shows up on any explorer. The difference is who controls it — not a fixed keypair, but whoever currently owns the citizen.
Because the address is derived from the asset, it never changes and there is nothing to set up. Transfer the citizen and control of the vault transfers in the same transaction.
